models. With both in house and in-field service available we
get the job done quickly, saving you down time and money.
Whether you have an entire crane that needs to be rebuilt or
just a few components we will get the job done quickly and correctly,
the first time! Here are some examples of services we offer:
Refurbish hydraulic cranes from the ground up, crane marinizing,
retrofitting, boom shortening or lengthening, marine coatings,
hose overhaul, general maintenance and inspections, rebuilds
of hydraulic cylinders, winches, gearboxes, brakes and motors.
We also supply crane parts for many makes and models, including
those “hard to find” parts! Here is a basic list
of stock parts which are available:
Cylinder, winch, brake and gearbox seal kits, wire rope & tackle,
sheave assemblies, downhaul balls, hoses and hose ends, hydraulic
motors, limit switches, hydraulic oil, load charts, manuals, safety
decals and hand signal charts, rotation bearings, cylinders,
bellow boots, level and pressure gauges, filters, remote controls,
anti-two-blocking systems, control valves, cable reels, power
supplies, power units, cabs, chairs and much, much more.
In April of 2004, Coastal Hydraulic Cranes, Inc. began a separate
service department for all field service needs. Complete Crane
Services, Inc. offers 24/7 service, providing well equipped and
experienced service technicians. Our friendly and knowledgeable
staff is trained by Coastal Hydraulic Cranes, Inc. and is familiar
with their customers and equipment.
