Control Options
Diesel Rotating
With
this option, the entire crane is self contained. Standard features
include air start, air throttle, air overload alarm and air attention
horn.
Diesel Remote
The diesel remote features minimum tail swing and
the added convenience of better accessibility to the
engine. The hydraulic manifold in the center of
the crane turret can provide a 360o continuous
rotation.
Electric Rotating
This
unit requires a slip ring and features an explosion-proof swivel
for 360o continuous rotation. No slip ring is required for
360o stop rotation.
Electric Remote
This most popular installation needs no electric swivel and
requires less maintenance than an internal combustion engine. A
standard set-up is explosion-proof.
Walk Around
This unit features walk up/walk away panel. Operator
follows as crane rotates.
Ride Around
The ride around requires more tail swing than does the walk
around. A comfortable seat helps the operator through long
loading operations and a fully enclosed cab is available for
bad weather use.
Remote
With the control valve mounted near the side, an operator's
visibility is maximized. Flagmen are usually not required. This
application is also good when a crane is not accessible. Available
in hydraulic air or electric.
